During its 2011 Convention the company reaffirmed its strategic commitment to excellent after sales service network as well as for the development of Servi-Velyen for a reliable solution to the customer.
The convention began by explaining the strategy as a global manufacturer Velyen, important developments of the new EN1493 standard which comes into force on 05/08, establish goals for the coming years to accommodate the required post-marketing development workshop at the same time that differentiated after-sales services as pioneers have characterized the brand since its inception, like its predecessor Istobal.
The 2011 Convention of Velyen brought together more than 30 technical authorities of Spain, Portugal and Andorra. Velyen marked and defined the aftermarket of the future so that users of any machine Velyen, can work in peace and secure at all times with personalized local attention.
The event closed with computer games developed in the Golf and Sierra Calderona, about 30 miles from Valencia and delivering a unique and personalized gift for the official SAT mark.
